Blue Cheese Spread

Recipe by Stephanie Baldwin. This recipe will be demonstrated at the 2014 "A Taste of Christmas" Festive Friday Eve on December 19th, 2014.

8 oz. Carr Valley Glacier Blue Cheese
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
1/4 cup Cedar Creek Winery Rosé

Remove Glacier Blue and cream cheese from the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to use. Place in a large bowl. Toast pecans and cool. Add cheese. Mix together adding Cedar Creek Rose- stir until blended. Serve on crackers, French bread or toast points.
