Grilled Greek Wings

Recipe by Stephanie Baldwin. Demonstrated at the 2014 Cedar Creek Winery Wine Down Wednesday.

2 Tbs fresh chopped parsley
2 Tbs fresh chopped oregano
1/4 cup Cedar Creek Chardonnay
1/4 cup olive oil
1 lemon, juice and zest
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
1 1/4 lb chicken wings

Cut the wings in half at the joint.
Place all other ingredients in a zip top bag and mix well.
Place the wings into the marinade and lay bag in a shallow dish in the refrigerator. Marinate for 2 hours.
Grill for approximately 10 minutes each side.
Enjoy with a glass of Cedar Creek Chardonnay!
