Céline Coquard Lenerz

Cedar Creek Winery is proud to introduce Celine Coquard as our Head Winemaker. Raised in the vineyards and cellars of our sister winery, Wollersheim, Celine brings a lifelong connection to winemaking and a deep respect for tradition—combined with a fresh, thoughtful approach.

Celine is the daughter of Philippe and Julie Coquard, and grew up immersed in the family’s craft. She is the granddaughter of Wollersheim’s founders, Bob and JoAnn Wollersheim.

Today, Celine oversees winemaking at both Cedar Creek and Wollersheim Wineries. She brings a precision and attention to detail that elevates everything she produces. From crafting approachable favorites to refining long-standing classics, Celine continues the Coquard family legacy with her own unique perspective.
