Bone-In Smoked Ham or Pork Roast
1/2 C. Cedarburg Spice Wine
1-1/2 Tbs. Brown Sugar
2 Tbs. Cranberry Mustard
Zest of Orange
1 Tbs. Honey
Preheat oven to 325° F. Set Ham/Roast in a large roasting pan fat side up. Using a sharp knife, score the fat all over in a cross-hatch pattern.
In a saucepan, bring wine to medium low and simmer for about 3 minutes; add remaining ingredients to Spice wine and simmer approximately 8 minutes.
Add 1/4 of the sauce to the meat and continue to baste with remaining sauce throughout cooking time.
Garnish with fresh cranberries and orange slices.
