(20 Servings)
24 oz frozen cranberries
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 onion
1 cup Cedar Creek Port Rosé
3/4 cup raisins
1 apple (peeled)
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Preparation:
1. Dice cranberries, apple and onion.
2. Add all ingredients to sauce pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Put in refrigerator and let cool for Two hours before serving.
