2 oz butter, unsalted
4 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp spicy brown mustard
2 cups half and half
8 oz Krab-shredded
½ cup Cedar Creek La Belle Vie
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp fresh black pepper
½ bunch fresh chives, chopped
1 lb pasta, your choice
1 oz butter, unsalted
2 slices fresh white bread

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to packet directions. In a large shallow pan, over medium heat, melt the 2oz of butter with the cream cheese and mustard. Using a whisk, add the half and half and the Cedar Creek Vidal. Add the Krab to the sauce, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, lastly add the chives. Stir well and pour over pasta.

In a medium sauté pan, melt the 1oz of butter, over medium heat and add the bread that had been processed into crumbs, cook until golden brown and sprinkle over pasta and sauce. Enjoy!
