8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup Waterfall Riesling
1/4 cup water
2 – 4oz. smoked salmon or canned salmon
1 Tbs lemon juice
2 Tbs fresh dill
salt/pepper to taste
dash of hot sauce

Bring cream cheese to room temperature and place in a large bowl. Using a hand beater slowly whip in the wine and water. Chop or flake the salmon and stir in the lemon juice, dill, salt, pepper, and hot sauce to taste. Serve with bread, crackers…
