1/2 bottle Cedar Creek Marquette
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 tsp cloves
1/8 tsp ginger
1lb frozen peaches
1 tsp butter

Method:
Sautée peaches with butter until glazed. Add wine, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, cloves and ginger. Mix and simmer for ten minutes until it thickens.

Serve while warm over vanilla ice cream.
