Cedar Creek Beau Blanc was aged six months in French oak barrels and is a crisp classy dry wine with notes of quince and lemon.
Serve this wine cool with chicken, pork or seafood.

Grape: 100% Wisconsin-grown St. Pepin grape
Production Method: Cold fermentation, followed by malolactic fermentation including battonage (stirring of the lees once a week) to develop the smooth creaminess of the wine while barrel aging.
Aging: Six months in French oak barrels
Sweetness: Dry
Alcohol: 13%
Serving Temperature: Slightly cool
