barrel agedA robust, full-bodied dry red aged 10 months in American oak barrels. Nicely balanced with flavors reminiscent of dark fruit and chocolate. The grapes are custom grown for us in Washington and fermented in Wisconsin.

Production Method: traditional, long warm fermentation on the skins for 12 days

Aging: ten months in American oak

Sweetness: dry

Alcohol: 13.8%
